How long will it take for Scrapbookerry to respond to my contact form?
Kerry prides herself on replying to all contact forms within 24-48 hours, if you have not heard after this period of time please get in contact in case your contact form has gone missing in cyberspace.
Ordering
All of Scrapbookerry's items are made in a smoke free, dog friendly home. However no dogs are allowed into the craft room where Kerry makes all the albums and packages them up for delivery.
How do I place an order?
Click on the 'buy now' button under each product and your items will be placed into the shopping cart, via PayPal you can either 'continue shopping' or 'proceed to checkout.' From the checkout you will be able to pay either by PayPal or other leading debit or credit cards.
Scrapbookerry only accepts payment via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to buy with us you can also use major debit or credit cards to pay.
How long will it take for an order to be dispatched?
All pre made orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, however do please note that orders WILL NOT be dispatched until Kerry has received your PayPal payment. Once this is received the order will be processed and sent out. You will be updated through out the process of your order being delivered via email updates.
If for any reason your order will take longer than this time scale Kerry will inform you asap with the new timescales as soon as she know them.
Custom ordered items, will take longer to dispatch as they have to be made. The time scale for these will be discussed in the planning stage for the item, as each item will vary depending on what you require. Estimated time scales are two weeks.
What if I order a pre made item and a custom ordered item together?
Both items will be posted together, the pre made item will be taken off the site but kept until your custom ordered item is made. Please order these items separately if you wish for the pre made item to be sent before the custom ordered item.
Can any item on the site be custom ordered?
Yes every item on the site can be custom made, if you are interested in custom ordering an item then please use the contact form on the site to discuss your order further.
How will my item be posted?
All items are posted via Royal Mail, 1st Class for your own piece of mind and Kerry will gain proof of postage for everything she sends. All items are packed and packaged in a way that best protects them in the post. The cost for the recorded delivery and supplies for all the packaging are included in the price of each item.
How long will my item take to get to me?
Within England the average time for 1st Class post is 2-3 days.
Do you post abroad?
Please contact Kerry via the contact form on the site to discuss if you wish for an item to be sent abroad.
Can I cancel an order?
Customers have a 'cooling off' period for 7 working days of delivery of purchase, where they can cancel without any reason and a full refund be given.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact Kerry via the contact form.
All cancellations will be responsible for paying the postage costs if the item has been posted out to them and will be responsible for the item until it is returned back to Scrapbookerry.
Only the item cost will be refundable.
Custom ordered items can be cancelled within this cooling off period and refunded, however after this time custom ordered items are non refundable as they have been created just for you and will not be able to be resold via Scrapbookerry.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return any of the items, then please use the contact Kerry via scrapbookerry@gmail.com or using the contact form after the 7 day 'cooling off period' and within 28 days of receiving the item. Unless faulty the item must be unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately no custom ordered items may be returned as they are created just for you and will not be able to be resold via Scrapbookerry.
You are responsible for the postage costs and the item until it is returned back to Scrapbookerry. If faulty Scrapbookerry will refund and pay the postage costs.
